We sell on open account terms to all customers who have established credit. Accounts becoming past due are subject to an interest charge.
Your cooperation in obtaining our permission to return goods is requested. We deduct a 15% handling charge and transportation cost from the credit issued.
All warranties on merchandise are as provided by the manufacturer. We issue no warranty, either actual or implied and our responsibility ends with the delivery of material. We do endeavor to carry in stock and sell the highest quality merchandise available from reputable manufacturers.
Back ordered items are obtained and shipped as promptly as possible.
