No - Go Right
Yes - Go Down

Is 25 Volts Present Across Module Termals TH &
TR?
No - Go Right
Yes - Go Down

Is 25 Volts Present Across the Secondary of the Transformer?
No - Go Right
Yes - Go Down
|
Is 120 Volts Present Across the Primaryh of the Transformer?
No - Go Right
Yes - Go Down
|
Replace Open Limits or Fuses in the 120 Volt Supply.
Energize the System and Check for Proper Operation. |

DISCONNECT ELECTRIC POWER TO THE SYSTEM AT THE
MAIN FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL
Continue Down

Replace Open 25 Volt Limits or Thermostat. Energize
the System and Check for Proper Operation. |
Replace 24 Volt Control Transformer. Energize the
System and Check for Proper Operation. |

Unplug ignitor from wire harness and connect ohmmeter
across ignitor leads. Is resistance within the equipment manufacturers
specifications?
No - Go Right
Yes - Go Down
|
Replace Ignitor. Connect Electric Power to System
at Main Fuse or Circuit Breaker Panel.
Go Right
|
Energize System. Ignitor should Glow Red and Deenergize
after Trial for Ignition Period.
Yes - Go Right
No - Go Down
|
System is functioning properly. |

Connect Ohmmeter across IGN & L terminals of module.
Continue Down
|

Replace Ignition Module. Energize System and Check
for Proper Operation. |

Connect Electric Power to System at Main Fues or Circuit
Breaker Panel. Energize System.
Go Right

Does Continuity Exist between IGN & L after Prepurge
Cycle?
No - Go Right
Yes - Go Down
|
Replace Module. Energize System and Check for Proper
Operation. |

Correct discontinuities in ignitor harness or connections.
Energize System and Check for Proper Operation. |
