No - Go Right
Yes - Go Down

Is Manual Knob on Gas Valve in "ON" Position?
Yes - Go Right
No - Go Down

Turn Manual Knob on Gas Valve to "OFF" Position.
Connect lo-pressure gauge or manometer to Gas Valve Outlet Pressure
Tap.
Go - Right
|
Turn Manual Knob on Gas Valve to "ON" position.
Energize system. Is Outlet Gas Pressure Detected?
Yes - Go Right
No - Go Down
|
Is Outlet Gas Pressure at the Nameplate Rating?
Yes - Go Right
No - Go Down
|
Purge System of Air. Energize System and Check for
Proper Operation. |

Go to Chart 3 |
Turn Manual Knob on Gas Valve to "ON" position.
Energize the System and Check for Proper Operation. |

Continue Down |
Correct Gas Supply Pressure. Energize System and Check
for Proper Operation. |
|

|
Restore gas supply at source. Energize System and
Check for Proper Operation. |
Is Gas Available at the Inlet Piping?
No - Go Left
Yes - Go Right
|
Disconnect Electrical Leads from Gas Valve. Energize
System. Is 25 Volts Present Across Leads After Ignitor Warm-Up
Duration?
Yes - Go Right
No - Go Down

Replace Gas Valve. Energize System and Check for Proper
Operation. |

With System Energized, is 25 Volts Present Across
MV & MV Terminals of Module After Ignitor Warm-Up Period?
Yes - Go Right
No - Go Down

Replace Wire Leads to Gas Valve. Energize System and
Check for Proper Operation |
